Leh is the shared capital and largest town of India’s Ladakh union region. Leh, in the Leh district, was the ancient capital of Himalayan Kingdom of Ladakh, built in the very same style and around the same period as Tibet’s Potala Palace. Leh is located at an elevation of 11,562 feet and is linked to Srinagar in and Manali in the south.

  • Return to Leh in the afternoon and explore The Main Bazar Roa. It is lined with tiny stores offering Ladakh's famous items such as Pashmina shawls, Tibetan silver jewellery, handcrafts, and small souvenirs. 
  • Stay in Leh for the night.

  • Transfer to Leh Airport after breakfast to return back.
